Molo Technologies Limited ("Molo", "we", "us") is a Ugandan limited company headquartered in Kampala. This policy covers personal data processed through our public website at molo.ug.
2. What data we collect
Contact form. When you submit an enquiry we collect your name, email address, organisation (optional) and message. We also record a one-way hash of your IP address for fraud prevention. We do not store raw IP addresses.
Essential session cookie. Our website sets a single first-party session cookie required to protect the contact form against spam and to maintain your browsing session. This cookie contains no personal data and is strictly necessary for the site to function.
We do not use analytics cookies, advertising trackers, or any third-party cookies.
3. How we use your data
- To respond to your enquiry.

We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties.
4. Legal basis
Under Uganda's Data Protection and Privacy Act, 2019, we process your data on the basis of your consent (you tick a consent box before submitting the form) and for the legitimate interest of responding to your enquiry.

Contact enquiries are retained for up to 24 months after the most recent communication, after which they are permanently deleted. Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser.
